From September 2020
Hello everyone! I hope you all doing good and you and your families are healthy. It was a wierd spring with quarantine across the world and we couldn’t meet for few months. But since September 2020 I open my classes again. The new schedule is: Monday 9:30 – 10:45 (Russian and English), Tuesday 20:00 – 21:15 (English), Saturday 11:00-12:15 (English). The group now can be maximum 8 people and you can use this link: https://www.momoyoga.com/tanya-z-yoga/ to register for my classes. I also recommend to use own props. If you think that coming to real classes is not a good idea. You can join our online classes through zoom. I stream my lessons every time we meet. If you interested in these classes – please let me know, I will send you the link and a password. Hope to see soon you in real or virtually! Big hug!
